Adrianne joins us as a senior associate in our Plano Office. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts with a double major in history and political science from Texas Tech University. Adrianne received her Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law.
Representing public entities has always been Adrianne’s passion. When she became a lawyer, her first position was as an associate for Messer, Fort & McDonald where she represented and advised local government on employment, public information, and municipal matters.
While in law school, Adrianne interned for the Dallas Independent School District focusing on personnel and employment matters. She represented the District in level I and II employee grievance hearings and worked on terminations and non-renewals. Her experience in Dallas was the perfect segue to her previous position before joining our firm. Adrianne served as the Assistant General Counsel for the Lewisville Independent School District. Her day-to-day involvement with all the facets of school law, including family law questions, employment matters, student issues, and contracts, has prepared her well to be a member of our firm.
Adrianne is admitted to practice in United States District Court’s Eastern District of Texas. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas School Law Section and the Texas Council of School Attorneys.
She is a member of the Dallas Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Law Section, the Dallas Young Lawyers Association (DAYL) and the Dallas Women Lawyers Association (DWLA) and serves as a liaison on both the DAYL and DWLA Board of Directors.
