Brady is an associate in our Plano office. He received a Bachelor of Arts, Summa Cum Laude, from Austin College in 2017 with majors in Political Science, History, and Spanish and his Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law in May 2020.
While in law school, Brady served as a Comment and Case Note Editor for the International Law Review Association winning the Best Case Note Award. He also received the Dallas Bar Association Employment Law Internship Award, the APIL Public Interest Stipend Award, and the Craig Watkins Summer Internship Award.
In addition to clerking for our firm since January 2020, Brady has interned for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas, the United States Department of Labor, Office of the Solicitor, and the Dallas Independent School District’s Office of Legal Services.
Brady is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern, Eastern, Southern, and Western Districts of Texas. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas and the Texas Council of School Attorneys.
Brady comes from a family of educators as both his parents are high school teachers.
