Regan G. Wilkins

Regan is an Associate in our Plano office.

He earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, graduating summa cum laude, from Austin College in May 2021 and was a captain on the Austin College football team. Regan then received his Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University Dedman School of Law in May 2024.

With parents who are educators, Regan blends his interests in education and intellectual property into his practice. During law school, he interned with the United States Patent and Trademark Office as an intellectual property researcher. He has also clerked in areas of intellectual property and transactional law for the Kodem Law Firm, Walmart’s Intellectual Property Department, and Wheeler and Wheeler, P.C.

Regan has been clerking for our firm since 2023 and continued through to his licensure as an attorney in April 2024. Thereafter, he has presented on various topics at the State Bar of Texas’s Annual Conference, twice for the Texas Association of School Personnel Administrators, and through frequent firm webinars.

Regan is admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas and the United States Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas (as an active member of both the School and Intellectual Property Law Sections), the Texas Council of School Attorneys, the Barbara M. G. Lynn Inn of Court, and the International Trademark Association.
