12th Annual Title IX Conference specifically designed for K-12 administrators. October 27-28, 2026 A forum for Title IX professionals to develop an understanding of their duties and responsibilities. Participants will learn about the history of Title IX, surveying their districts for possible issues, and how to handle incidents when they arise. This conference is designed to provide realistic support to school administrators to protect both their students and their districts in matters such as promoting equity in athletics, providing an environment free from sex-based harassment, and understanding the requirements of Title IX. As first responders to parent, student, and staff concerns, your administrative office and support personnel must be well equipped with essential legal information on a variety of key school topics. In addition to providing a basic legal foundation on critical school issues, this training will offer practical strategies to effectively respond to concerns and avoid potential adverse legal implications. We will include the latest on admission, attendance/truancy, bullying, reporting requirements for SBEC and CPS, student records, FERPA, and social media issues.
